General Rules No smoking inside the building – smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. Outside catering is allowed – all caterers must follow health/safety regulations. No alcohol allowed after 8 PM – events serving alcohol must comply with local laws and permits. Decorations – no nails, screws, or tape that damages walls; all décor must be removed after the event. Music/Noise levels – must remain at a respectful volume and end by agreed rental time. Parking – guests must park only in designated areas and follow posted parking rules. Clean-up – renters are responsible for removing trash, food, and personal items before leaving. No open flames – candles, fireworks, or pyrotechnics are not permitted inside the venue. Children – must be supervised by an adult at all times. Respect the space – any damages will be billed to the renter.
